Join us for an amazing night of luxury tequila, delicious food, and community. KOMOS tequila was founded by former Master Sommelier, Richard Betts. They set out to create an ultra-premium tequila brand focused on quality, global inspiration, and sustainability. We have taken a similar approach to designing the food pairings. Included in this event is the very rare and highly regarded KOMOS XO. This tequila, which the Robb Report calls "a new standard of luxury tequila", is one of only 15 bottles in the state of Wisconsin. While the value of this event exceeds $500/guest due to the cost of the tequila, thanks to KOMOS' generosity we are able to provide this experience at an extreme value. We hope to serve you at this iconic event!

J Henry Bourbon, Piloncillo Syrup, Chocolate Bitters, Orange Bitters, Oaxacan Mole Negro
Created using a new cocktail technique called "Sous Pression" (creating pressure through freezing), this delightful tipple has all of the class of a traditional old fashioned twisted up with a savory, flavorful infusion of Oaxacan mole negro. The sous pression also mellows the cocktail making it an easy sipper!
Pro Tip: Be sure to ask for the story behind the name!

Featured here is a new bottle to our collection: Marchesi di Barolo Cannubi 2016
This is perhaps one of the BEST Barolo wines in recent history. Barolo, a small region in northwestern Italy, is famous for it's bold, complex, and nuanced wines made with the Nebbiolo grape. 2016 is considered a stand-above vintage due to the growing conditions and weather of the year in general, but especially so for the Cannubi. This bottle has wonderfully expressive aroma (thanks to the Nebbia - the fog - that rolls in around harvest time) of roses, vanilla, spices, and absinthe. On the palate exudes cherry, raspberry, white pepper, spice, and firm tannins with a medium-to-full body. This will pair wonderfully with our Seared Duck Breast or our Mushroom Swiss Burger!
